  • I do not accept insurance.

While this may require more out-of-pocket investment, it ensures the confidentiality of your therapy sessions from your employer. Additionally, it allows me to focus entirely on my clients during our face-to-face sessions without the administrative complexities associated with insurance boards.

  • I accept debit cards, credit cards, health saving account cards and cash.

  • In the world of psychology, there are diverse educational journeys to become a licensed therapist– LPC, LMFT, LCSW. Each designation signals the completion of specific requirements under the authority of the relevant board. As an LCSW, or licensed clinical social worker, I hold a master’s in social work, successfully fulfilled post-graduate clinical hours, and passed the board's exam. To keep my license current, I consistently engage in yearly CEUs and adhere to the board's high standards of practice. It's not just a title; it's a commitment to excellence in every aspect of my profession.

  • Absolutely. Telehealth sessions are available through a HIPAA compliant platform for individuals or couples who are in the same location. Sessions can be conducted entirely through Telehealth on an as-needed basis, providing flexibility to meet your preferences and needs. I am licensed only in the state of Oklahoma so I can only provide Telehealth sessions for Oklahoma residents.

The session rate remains consistent, whether conducted through Telehealth or in person.

  • It’s not uncommon for one partner to feel hesitant or resistant to starting couples therapy. This can stem from fears that it might make things worse, that they’ll be unfairly judged or criticized, or that they won’t know what to say. I want to acknowledge those concerns and reassure you that this is a safe space where no one is judged or attacked.

In fact, many of my clients—especially men—have shared that they were initially reluctant to attend therapy. However, after the first session, they often feel much more at ease. They discover that therapy is not about assigning blame but about creating understanding and connection. Many of these same clients go on to express how much they value the process, leaving sessions feeling truly heard, more connected to their partner, and empowered to create positive change in their relationship.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I am here to make it as supportive and productive as possible for both of you.
